Important notice

Because Monday May 29th is holiday in France, there is unfortunately no possibility to organize the traditional welcome reception & badge pickup the day before the opening at the conference venue, in the Botanic garden of Montpellier University.

Badge pickup will start at 8 am on Tuesday 30th, and the welcome reception will open the first poster session on Tuesday.

Poster sessions

There will be a single installation of all posters for the entire duration of the workshop in order to facilitate the scientific discussions not only during the two dedicated poster sessions but also during breaks.

Excursion (Friday June, 2nd)

08.45 am: meeting point: Parking Mercure Montpellier Centre Comédie - 6 rue de la Spirale

10:00 am: Meeting in Nîmes
Start of your visit to the Arena for enjoying this amphitheatre of the Roman world. It was built at the end of the first century AD, shortly after the Colosseum in Rome. Continuation of the guided tour of the historic centre which is full of treasures and anecdotes told by your guide from the Square House, which was dedicated to the adopted grandsons of the Emperor Augustus. Also built in the 1st century AD, it will seduce you with the the harmony of its proportions, the elegance of its columns and the finesse of its architectural decoration.

11.45 am: departure for the Pont du Gard, a majestic vestige of the Roman era which transported the waters from the Eure fountain in Uzès to Nîmes.

12.30 pm: lunch on site

14.00 pm: Meeting with your guides for the guided discoveries of the Pont du Gard, and previously its museum which retraces all the majestic Roman constructions throughout the world, with the bridge as the main theme.

Expected return time to Montpellier: 05:45 pm
